  No refunds can be claimed if the person fails to acquire a clearance at immigration due to any government policies.

  No laundry services available in Aziziya, Mina, Muzdalifa and Arafat
  Hotel distance might vary on different platforms (We measure the distance till Medina hotel and Makkah Hotel from divine boundaries.
  Tour operator/guide is not responsible for the loss of luggage
  Tarwiyah Hajj kit and passport will be handed over at our office.
  Pre-Planned (Fixed) schedule to be strictly followed for Ziyarat and meals
  Drinking water will be available in mess pilgrims are free to fill their water bottles from there.
  Toiletries like bucket, tumbler, towels will not be provided in any hotel
  We are not responsible for loss or theft of passport or luggage at the airport
